Does your room already have a signature style? Where to hang wallpaper in your bedroom
So you have chosen a wallpaper design for your bedroom. Are you going to hang it on all the walls or a feature wall?
If your design is bold or busy it may be overpowering to have it on all walls. This is after all the place for restfulness and calm. So a feature wall would be the most appropriate choice. Most often the bedhead wall would be the logical choice to hang the feature wall. However it does depend on the lay out of the room so take it all in from all angles to decide. The wall at the foot of your bed directly opposite also usually works well.
Another choice is to have your feature wall, lets say on the bedhead wall of your chosen design, then match a corresponding colour of an unpatterned or softly patterned wallpaper for the rest of the walls. This will create a cocoon of wallpaper wrapping the room in colour co-ordinated bliss!
