We only trade in Australia dollars. And only ship within Australia.  


We do not offer a refund if you change your mind for an incorrect choice or over ordered products. The onus of responsibility is upon you to correctly assess the quantity of your order at the time of payment.   Should notification of a cancellation be given after the order is placed, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation and to insist on delivery and payment of any order.   Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. If any of the products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible. In this case you may receive a full refund.   Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.


The address for the delivery must be supplied by the purchaser at the time of ordering. If the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Someone must be at the address to receive the goods. All goods delivered by a carrier are at the purchaser’s sole risk, and the purchaser shall be responsible for all costs of such delivery . We will use our best endeavours to meet delivery and availability dates agreed between parties, but will not be  responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure to deliver, and any subsequent loss or damage, due to causes beyond our control including (but not limited to ) manufacturing, shipping or delivery delays, strikes, force majeure and acts of God. 


Goods cannot be returned or credited if they have been cut or installed by the customer, or had a treatment applied post sale. This is considered acceptance of the goods in suitable quality for use. Please ensure that goods are inspected before cutting or applying any form of treatment. Treatments applied after delivery of goods voids any and all manufacturers warranties for all goods.

Please check for any faults on delivery on goods and report immediately if wallpaper is damaged or faulty. I Wallpaper Interiors shall not be liable for any claim, loss or expense which is made after 5 days from the date of delivery of product or services


Due to the inherent nature and quality of wallpapers, shade and colour variations from one production run to another must be anticipated. A purchaser shall be deemed to have knowledge of the possibility of variation when ordering and shall not be entitled to refuse delivery of an order or claim compensation on the grounds of shade or colour variations. The purchaser needs to check the batch numbers on receiving the goods to ensure consistency throughout the orders.

Minor defects that are inherent to the nature of woven natural fibre products such as Grasscloth and are not considered flaws.

Your account information may be shared with third parties who provide services to us, such as processing payments and shipments.
