Shipping Policy
We are pleased to extend free shipping on all wallpaper. Postage is available throughout Australia.
We always endeavour to deliver as quoted, however occasionally delays occur beyond our control. We will always keep you updated. And do our best to inform you of any issues prior to ordering. Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information.
Once your order is on its way to you, when available to us, we will email you with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on its progress.
Free shipping is automatic so the price in your cart is your total price including GST and free shipping.
How long does shipping take?
The lead time varies for each product. Check your chosen product page, the description will specify the delivery timeframe for that brand. This information is found under Description and Shipping.
Check out our In Stock page if you need something quickly. The lead time for these is delivery within 7 days.
Express delivery may be an option on some brands. This will come at an additional delivery fee and will depend on the brand and quantity required. Please contact us with the name or product code of your chosen wallpaper and we will get back to you with whether this is possible for your order. Any additional cost for express shipping will need to be added manually by us to your cart so please contact us for this information.
Once you have received your wallpaper
Once you have received your wallpaper and have had it installed; firstly if you share photos on social networks please tag us! We love to see what the end result looks like.
And secondly you can come back to this site to review the product. By doing so it will help others make an informed choice in the future plus your opinion to us matters. It helps us decide what lines are doing well and what is popular.
